No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Before subscribing to any paid plan on Resumika, you have full access to:
- Preview all 40+ resume templates in our library
- Explore all features available in the free tier
- View detailed descriptions of paid plan features at checkout
- Test the resume builder with your own content
- Review AI writing suggestions and ATS score features
This comprehensive preview allows you to make a fully informed decision before committing to a paid subscription. Because you can evaluate the Service thoroughly before paying, we do not offer refunds once a payment is processed.
What This Means
Once your subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the Service or features
- Failure to use the Service during your subscription period
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Finding employment and no longer needing the Service
- Technical issues that can be resolved through support
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Access continues: When you cancel, you retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period.
- Auto-renewal stops: Your subscription will not renew after cancellation, and you will not be charged again.
Automatic Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
We recommend setting a reminder to review your subscription before each renewal period.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. These may include:
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our end.
- Unauthorized charges: If your account was accessed without authorization and charges were made fraudulently (subject to verification).

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated, and you may be prohibited from using Resumika in the future.

Free Tier
Resumika offers a free tier that allows you to use core features without payment. If you are uncertain about upgrading, we recommend continuing to use the free tier until you are confident a paid plan is right for you.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
